@HudsonReviver3 Not really Buddhist though, is it? It’s Asian but it has been used by many different cultures and religions. I belive it’s roots lay in Jainism.

Filmed at Teddingtton Lock on the Thames in west London.. with so many video digicams about now never quite sure why Youtube isn’t full of homages – then again looking at the cold murky water …

Do you know when I was a child I was scared of the animations because they were so roughly drawn they looked like nightmare characters, I found them grim. I do not find them scary now, I still find them grim but not scary.

I ALWAYS laughed my ass off at this skit, even though it’s so short! Michael Palin is hilarious doing that dainty little dance, that’s the best part!!

@Floobegusted that’s probably because Terry Gilliam is a very strange guy with a bizarre, grim, deeply dark & twisted sense of humor. I saw some of his movies as a kid (Time Bandits, Brazil, Baron Von Munchaswhatsin) and they are TERRIFYING to a child…even Time Bandits that was meant for kids had this horrible, unhappy ending, I remember almost crying. LOL.
And even though it was animated, Gilliams cartoons for MP were NOT meant for kids at all!

@xeokym That is very, very, very, very true, but My whole family are fans of Monty Python, My parents watched it before I was born and they were young when Monty Python came out, they have never been scared of animations.
